Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using Royal Mail. Depending on your location and fastest available service, we may also use different couriers to help deliver the goods sooner. Typical delivery time frame is between 3-7 business days. However, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way!

Delays beyond our control, such as customs or postal delays, may occur especially during peak or holiday seasons. Please allow an additional 5-10 working days for the goods to be delivered before getting in touch with our customer service team.

We are currently offering international shipping. International shipping times varies from 10 to 25 working days. Please note that all sales may subject to any local custom duties and taxes. We are unable to influence customs clearance and goods may take longer to arrive especially during busy seasons.
